Consignor Registration Fee

At JBF you can sell an entire season of items all in one place at one time—you drop them off, everything is organized by size and type on the sales floor, AND you get to shop early which means the best selection at the lowest prices! This is for our Spring Sale and our consignor fee is $15. Late registrants (after March 15th) pay $20.

Help us spread the word by displaying our window decal on your car for four weeks leading up to the sale, and get $5 added back to your check!

Drop Off Fast Pass

Need an easy button? Add a Fast Pass to your registration!

With the Fast Pass, you can drop in at the venue on Tuesday, April 8 anytime between 1:00-7:00pm, or anytime during Drop Off on Wednesday, April 9, between 12:00-6:00pm, and we will set your items out on the sales floor for you!

Without the Fast Pass, consignors must set out their items and assemble anything that needs assembled (cribs, pack n plays, etc).

Consign and Store

We're offering storage for returning consignors!

Save your spot in storage for $5 today, and then after the sale we will deduct $7 from your check and hold your unsold items until the next sale! (If you have less than 25 unsold items, the additional $7 is waived).

Make sure you "unclick" the donate box when making your tags if you want us to store your unsold items.

    Share the sale with everyone during your daily commute! Claim a window decal, display it on your vehicle every day leading up to the sale (approximately 4 weeks), and receive $5 back on your consignor check, PLUS be entered to win an additional 5% on your sold items! Remember, the more you TELL, the more you SELL!

    Decal pick-up will take place at Hobby Lobby on Saturday, March 8th, at 5:00pm. Must send picture of your car with decal displayed by March 9th to qualify for the drawing and for the $5 consignor fee rebate.

    Pick up at Hobby Lobby on March 1st, at 5:00pm. No limit on how many cards you pass out. If you'd like more than 15 chances, then let us know at pick up!

Consignor Drop Off Appointments

We want drop off to be as quick and convenient as possible which is why we require appointments for drop off. Consignors must stay to put their items out on the sales floor after it has been inspected. Inspection usually only takes about 10-15 minutes! 

Due to amazing growth over the last few sales, we can no longer place items on the sales floor for you unless you add a Fast Pass. 

Drop Off for DIY Consignors takes place at Sebastian County Fairgrounds, 530 E. Knoxville Rd, Greenwood, AR, 72936

Choose the time that works best for you, or if it is full choose the next best. One time slot per consignor, please! 

Helping At The Sale

As JBF Fort Smith continues to grow, we are finding ourselves needing more help! This is the perfect opportunity for consignors to get in on all the fun, plus walk away with a larger consignor check, AND Team Members get first dibs and get to enjoy extra savings at the Team Member Only 75% off sale.

With 2 hour shifts available, helping is easy to fit in your schedule. Consignors who help a total of 4 hours, make 5% more on their consignor checks and get an earlier shopping time. You can earn a maximum of 15% extra when you help for a combined 12 hours! 

(Your Consignor Fee will be added back to your consignor check after the sale, excluding the processing fee taken by TicketSpice, and any ad ons like storage, fast pass, or a JBF tote.)

Consignor Agreement

I understand that this consignor fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.


I understand that as a consignor I will earn 60% of my sales. I have the opportunity to earn a higher percentage of my sales if I help at the sale. (A maximum amount of 15% extra for team members). Please see the website for more information. I understand that all items I mark "reduce" when entering tags will be reduced on the 50% off Pre-sale and Public sale and 75% off during the Team Member Only Sale. I understand that all items marked "donate", if unsold, will be donated to JBF's charity partners.



I have read the consignor guide to ensure my items are seasonally appropriate. I have downloaded, printed, and completed the CRIB AND CAR SEAT WAIVERS if applicable. I understand that I need a car seat waiver for the car seat and EACH base.

I understand there are no item limits but items must be in excellent condition and priced appropriately. I understand that JBF has pricing guidelines available for my reference.

If a tagging gun is used, the item MUST BE tagged through the manufacturer tag or in a thick seam. Tagging directly through the fabric is not permitted as it creates an irreparable hole.


I understand that items are inspected at drop off before I leave. Unacceptable items will be sent home with me including overpriced items.

I will ensure my items are free of pet hair, dirt, excessive wear, and foul smells.


I understand and agree that JBF Fort Smith and J & G Perkins Enterprises, LLC are not responsible for the fire, loss, theft, or damage to my sale items; Full effort will be made by all parties to prevent these happenings. I agree that as a condition of selling items in a JBF Sale, I represent and warrant the following to be true: 1. I am the owner of the items to be sold, and I have full authority to sell the items; and 2. Each item is in good operating condition, and is not defective, broken or damaged; and 3. Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturers warranty program; and 4. Each item complies with applicable law; and 5. No item has been recalled, or is the subject of any pending or threatened recall/repair notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; 6. I know of no reason why any item would cause any injury to another.


I understand that if I shop during my designated team member shopping time and do not complete my team member shift (no-show) the value of that shopping ticket will be deducted from my consignor check, valued at $25/per adult.

Please contact [email protected] if you are unable to make your team member shift for a valid reason; no-shows will be deducted from your consignor check, and I may be ineligible to help at future JBF events.


My shift dates/times were chosen solely by me from a schedule of available shifts. I understand that if I require special accommodations or prefer a specific position, I will let Grace or Justin know at the start of my shift. I understand that in order to receive the compensation being offered, I am responsible to complete the Team Member hours for which I have signed up. Should I fail to do so, I will not be compensated the additional % or other team member perks outlined below. I agree to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in this event from foreseen and unforeseen causes against JBF and J & G Perkins Enterprises, LLC. Since I am working a shift(s) of my own choosing, I agree to receive early shopping privileges and an extra consignor percentage for my time, and/or a fee waiver. I understand that I am not receiving benefits, insurance, workers compensation or any other similar benefits, since I am NOT AN EMPLOYEE. I am working for the sole purpose of assisting with the operations of the event and to help sell my items at the event. I am working in an ethical manner, and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way. I understand that by working, I will be able to shop at the team member presale shopping time. For working 4 hours I will receive an extra 5% consignor commission on my sold items. The maximum number of hours being offered to me to work as a JBF team member is 12 hours, with the potential to earn a maximum extra percentage of 15%. I understand that, at times, JBF takes photographs of its events to promote sales and, if I do not wish my image to be used in JBF promotions, I will notify the photographer at the time a picture is taken. Otherwise, I agree to allow my image to be used in JBF sale promotions. I understand that if I am working an inspection shift, I must drop off DURING REGULAR DROP OFF TIMES, BEFORE or AFTER my shift, not during my shift.

I understand that children are not allowed to accompany me during my shift unless prior approval has been given.

Pick up will take place at the Sebastian County Fairgrounds on Monday, April 14th from 4:00-5:00pm. Or you can take advantage of Consign & Store and your items will be stored for the next sale. (Just $12 for a storage unit?!)

If your items are marked for donate, they will be donated to our charity partner. They thank you for your generosity! 

Items not picked up by 5:00pm are considered abandoned and will be donated.
